Hand and Hydraulic spinning methods utilized the same basic principles in many cases, hand spinning is used mainly for smaller, more delicate jods with thinner gauges of material. Hydraulic spinning however as the name suggests uses hydraulic power to take the strain of the work, controlled by an experienced operative, enabling far thicker, tougher and larger pieces of metal to be spun.
