Winward have been manufacturing in-house complete clocks, gauge bezels, pressure switch parts and clock components for over 65years. We produce a large range of clock components and supply a wide variety of companies in many countries. We supply high quality clock parts in large production runs and bespoke items to customers own specification.
Winward boast the only fully automatic powder coating/lacquering track in the UK.
	Electrophoretic lacquering. On the left we show here one of the 2 stage quality stations.
	Bezels shown here for gauges and instruments after our pre-stage wash on the 1st way travel to our oven for pre-dry.
	After treatment, coating and final inspection the products then return to our warehouse for bagging and despatch. On this fully automatic track we can produce up to 7000 components per working shift.

	Clock bezels ranging from 50mm to 2M. Available in most metals and finishes.
	Solid Brass, Brass effect, Aluminium, Powder coated, Diamond cut and much more available.

	Complete push-on clock dials with plastic backplates. Please contact us for available sizes.
	A whole range available ex-stock. Just add movement and fingers. Units supplied with either convex or flat glass.

	Diamond cut bezels with many finishes available from our in-house fascilities.
	Solid Brass, Brass effect, Aluminium, Powder coated, Diamond cut push-on bezel and glass units.

			Winward produce a complete range of gauge bezels, plates and components.
			All thicknesses and types of materials using stock or customers own tooling. We boast very quick delivery times with all bezel and case work with 100% quality inspection parameters.

Examples of bezels, cases and fittings are shown here, that we have produced for other clock manufacturers or retailers. All of these have been completely manufactrured in house from raw material to boxed and bar-coded item.

Below are examples of a range of aluminium wall clocks in polished and sateened finishes. This range were manufactured for department stores across the country from CAD/CAM drawing and design to complete assembly in-house.
